Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish, Dawn was so lovely and helped us every step of the way , if dawn was not available Christine was lovely and always there to help , Dawn used to call us every couple of days or so just to make sure we are all ok , on the day of mums funeral everything went like clockwork , Danny and they boys were so lovely and gracious , we could not ask for anything better, Dawn recommended Jan to be our officiator/celebrant , she was such a lovely lady and completely understood exactly what we wanted to say , so if you need an officiator please ask Dawn or Christine to book her. My sincere thanks to you all absolutely fantastic service x

I cannot recommend Albins & Son at Welling enough. Nothing was too much trouble and Dawn & Christine were so kind, caring & compassionate. Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Also the gentlemen attending the funeral on the day were incredibly professional, kind & curtious.

Christine, Dawn and the boys at Albins Welling are amazing, they made a very difficult time easier helping with every decision that we had to make they didn’t mind how many times I contacted them or how many questions I asked they are always so caring. Myself and the family really appreciate everything they have done and my sister said yesterday how comforting it was being able to talk to them and we miss them.

This is the second time I've used Albin's and am very happy to recommend them. Chris and Dawn in Welling were excellent as ever. Very supportive and kind but made sure all the details were correct. The team attending the funeral run by John were professional. Cars beautiful. Really made a difference to a very difficult day.

Chris and Dawn at Albin Welling, we’re amazing. They took care of every little detail and made the process flow as smooth as it could possibly be. The care and compassion they showed the whole family will always be remembered.
  The attention to detail given by all of the staff, before and on the day, meant that we were able to give our  Mum the best send off possible. 
We will forever be thankful for the support they gave us at such a difficult time.

My family and my wife's family have used Albins for all the funerals that have occurred in our families since 1940 and probably also between the wars and they have always provided us with an excellent service.

They are family undertakers and do everything humanly possible to ensure that the funeral proceedings are done with dignity and compassion.

I was so pleased we chose Albins for my husband’s funeral. We were treated with sensitivity and respect at all times and nothing was too much trouble for Christine and Dawn. Steve explained everything to us when we arrived at Kemnal Manor and organised everything in the Chapel and everyone was seated when the family walked in behind the coffin. I couldn’t fault anything from the first time we arrived to arrange the funeral until the end of the service.
