From the moment we walked into the office we felt cared for. Christine and Dawn were amazing. They thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date with arrangements as we went along. 
On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were excellent. They were respectful and professional throughout. The little touch of leaving a red rose on the door as the cortège left the house was so thoughtful. 
The celebrant who was arranged by Dawn was so kind and caring. The service was beautiful and a very fitting tribute to our Mum. 
All the staff at Albins made a difficult day so much easier to bear for us all. Thank you so much.

FA Albins are simply the best Funeral directors. Our family has used them for generations and we would not go anywhere else. They are professional in everything they do from assisting and guiding with the funeral arrangements to the conducting the final journey of our loved ones. Dawn and Christine, at Albins Welling, are wonderful! They guided us through the funeral process and helped us understand what to expect. Everything was so straight forward and they made it so it was completely stress-free.The way they treated our loved one was as if was their family too. We couldn't have asked for a better send off for our favourite man, and that is all thanks to Dawn! The Albins boys who drove the funeral cars and led the horse and carriage were so supportive and accommodating, overall a wonderful team! Thank you for making this difficult time, that little bit easier.

I cannot recommend F.A. Albin highly enough.  Christine and Dawn looked after us from the outset with care and kindness, nothing was too much trouble.  The team in Rotherhithe took care of my loved one and he looked amazing when we saw him to pay our respects, he looked better than he had in hospital.  On the day itself the team were just incredible, everything was so well organised and we didn’t have to worry about a thing and they were incredibly respectful and kind.  I can’t thank F.A. Superb compassion, respect, kindness and help from the first phone call I made and throughout the planning of my dear Dad's funeral. All staff were extremely professional. Christine and Dawn were always available to help and guide us, making regular phone calls to us, to help and inform us throughout. The team on the day of Dad's funeral were courteous, professional and kind. Albins gave Dad a well deserved VIP funeral. Can't recommend Albins enough. Choosing the right Funeral Director to deliver your final farewell to a much loved family member is quite a responsibility. I'm sure many Funeral Directors could carry out the job admirably, but our very first impression of Albins in Welling was what prompted us to choose them.

Christine and Dawn guided us gently through the process of organising Mary's funeral and were very respectful of our feelings at such an emotional time for us. They put forward some good suggestions which we were able to personalise to suit what we thought Mary would have liked, and which also satisfied our family.

On the day of Mary's funeral, our Funeral Conductor, John and his team ensured everything ran incredibly smoothly, from the minute they arrived at the address Mary was departing from, right through to the Church Service, burial at a nearby Cemetery, and our return to the home address. One particularly lovely and thoughtful gesture from Albins, was to place a beautiful Cerise Pink Rose (Mary's favourite colour) on the front door of the property, just before the Hearse and Cars left for the Church.

We can honestly say we were exceptionally pleased to have entrusted Albins with such an important day for us. Their professionalism, care and sense of pride in what they deliver was very evident, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others looking to provide a very dignified and personal farewell to a loved one. Our sincere thanks to the entire Albins Team.

Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish, Dawn was so lovely and helped us every step of the way , if dawn was not available Christine was lovely and always there to help , Dawn used to call us every couple of days or so just to make sure we are all ok , on the day of mums funeral everything went like clockwork , Danny and they boys were so lovely and gracious , we could not ask for anything better, Dawn recommended Jan to be our officiator/celebrant , she was such a lovely lady and completely understood exactly what we wanted to say , so if you need an officiator please ask Dawn or Christine to book her. My sincere thanks to you all absolutely fantastic service x
