I was heavily pregnant when my Dad suddenly passed so I was highly emotional and worried about physically being fit enough to attend the funeral after having a c-section. 
Sarah (Penge branch) was absolutely amazing! Sarah delivered a tailored and compassionate service and ensured that everything was arranged around me being able to attend my Dads funeral without worry.
Sarah was an excellent communicator throughout so we were never in doubt with what to expect; there were multiple little touches that Sarah employed that I both appreciated and will never forget.
I really cannot recommend them enough. 
Thank you Sarah for everything that you did for us!

We have had 2 family funerals this year, close together, and must pass on our special thanks to Dawn and amazing team, especially Sarah and James.

The care, support and kindness shown by Sarah, James , Alan and Luke made such a sad time bearable. Nothing was too much trouble. They consulted with the family on every detail regardless of how minor. Thank you for making our last gift to Peter exactly as he would have wanted.

From start to finish Mums funeral process was handled with care, dignity, respect and dedication to providing a very personal goodbye.
We made the arrangements at the Beckenham office and at no time did we feel rushed and Dawn Parr gave us amazing advice as to what we needed to do regarding paperwork and where to go. Mum was collected from Essex and brought London and once with Parrs my Mum was looked after by James Swindlehurst with the same care and dedication.
We had some quite specific requests and they were arranged swiftly and respectfully. Mums ashes were collected and a beautiful scatter tube was personally chosen for us by Dawn to match the rest of the theme.
I cannot thank their complete service enough.

As I live over a hundred miles away I was under a lot of pressure and had some very difficult circumstances to deal with. Albert Parr and sons made the whole process extremely simple, they did everything for me. Even the cost was very good. In a time if great sadness and emotion the service we received from Albert Parr & Sons was first class.
From the very first contact Sarah looked after us and provided the support we needed.

On the day of the funeral James and his team were also equal in his personal support and professionalism. 

In my experience Albert Parr & Sons provide a first rate service in what can only be a difficult time for my family.

After referrals from 3 different people, we contacted and spoke to Sarah. Right from the start Sarah was a great listener with a very calming persona. Although we took a while to get the ball rolling, Sarah helped us every step of the way.

On the day of my Father's Service, James and his Team were helpful, friendly and respectful to us all.

Albert Parr & Sons is a family run business and it shows. I felt fully supported and helped when planning my mother's funeral. Sarah was fantastic and did above and beyond to make sure my mother got the very special sent off that I wanted her to have. James was charming and guided the funeral wonderfully.The funeral was beautiful; horse & carriage, with a coffin painted with flowers and butterflies. I highly recommend Albert Parr & Sons.

Sarah at Albert Parr Penge branch was simply the best! She was very compassionate and understood what we wanted for Dad’s funeral. She was very hands on and had all the details to hand, showing us pictures/photos on her computer and really listened. The Albert Parr’s Chapel of Rest where Dad was visited by the family a few days before the funeral was calming and beautiful! She had everything organized to perfection: the flowers, the route from Penge to West Norwood Crematorium via Dad’s old work route, the order of service and music and discreetly receiving family members at the Chapel of Rest for viewings. The funeral itself was managed in a dignified manner by James and his team. After the funeral service James was very kind and patient with family members and respected their need to linger and grieve at the Crematorium before being driven to the wake by the Albert Parts limousine. All in all an excellent service from Albert Parr, Sarah and James and the team. We would definitely return to Albert Parr in future.
