I wanted Mum's ashes to be interred with my Daddy but had to arrange this myself.Quite difficult to leave a review as ashes have not arrived yet.Was disappointed that it was not a complete service at such a difficult time

The staff were absolutely brilliant, they were, patient, supportive and went above and beyond to make sure that David got the send off he truly deserved. I would Love to pick out a member of the team for praise... however when Everyone on the team is Great how is that fair. I had all of the support I needed. Follow ups after the arrangements had been made and throughout. The team made what was a very difficult time a lot easier.

Our family cannot thank Co-op funeral care enough. They have made a very sad stressful time a lot easier to bear with the service they gave. All the ladies at Gale Street were so approachable, kind and caring and took care of us and our family needs perfectly.  The funeral director and his team were extremely courteous and respectful. My brother was given a wonderful service, the celebrant was such a lovely man who was very compassionate and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and  will always be grateful to them for helping us to arrange and giving my brother his final farewell.

Excellent all round service. I was kept informed at every stage.
In particular I would like to thank Lorraine for her assistance. She went far beyond expectations and made sure everything was perfect. She even kept in touch from home whilst she was on a weeks holiday andgave us her personal mobile number for any contact. Cannot thank her enough.
