We were faced with having to arrange a very quick funeral as certain members were travelling from abroad and had to return quickly due to work commitments. The Coop Funeral Services were very accommodating and arranged a funeral within a week. They were very professional and caring in their approach and the Funeral was lovely for my mother. Well done to all.

    The ladies were very nice and helpful.Every question was answered and they kept me informed every step of the way.We had to wait from December 19th to January 23rd but that wasn't your fault.Mr Michael Green who conducted the service was excellent he was very helpful before the funeral and the service ran smoothly he was very kind.

    We found everyone very helpful and professional, even though we seemed to have to deal with several different staff in the two Offices and never the same person twice! The organisation went fine but we felt that family members needed to be guided more firmly and better organised on the day of the funeral. The flowers were lovely. Everyone generally thought the day went well - considering the emotional stress.

I understand that it can be difficult when you have to deal with a number of different staff members during the funeral arrangement, but sometimes circumstances make this unavoidable. That said, our staff do carry out a full handover after each arrangement.     Kind and considerate at all times. Loosing 2 family members in a week made it a very trying time. They kept in contact at each stage and the celebrant they recommended was also excellent.
