I cannot fault the service we received from JG Fielder & Son. From start to finish the whole process was handled sensitively with compassion and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble and the organisation of everything from choice of flowers, service, liaising with the vicar through to after event catering was handled seamlessly. They were a truly reassuring presence at a difficult time. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to look after a loved one.

The funeral for Melvin was handled extremely professionally and diligently. From initial contact with us as close family, to conducting arrangements on the day, all handled extremely well. The cars used were comfortable and extremely clean for the journey to the Crematorium. The funeral director was responsive throughout the whole process and on hand to deal with any requests that the family had such as a viewing request at the weekend for example. An excellent Funeral Director, thank you.

We had never had to deal with a death before but Fielders explained everything clearly so that we understood exactly what was to happen next. Fielders have carried out my Father's funeral 3 years ago and latterly
My Mother's both with dignity and great care. They followed my instructions and wishes. The Celebrant, Wayne also did both funerals for us and he delivered both services as if he knew our parents. He followed our instructions. I/we have never met such a kind and caring Celebrant.
