We would like to thank Carol for all her support and such caring support.  Great professional attitude and a credit to the organisation.  Carol even thought to give us one each of the roses we used instead of soil at Junes burial to press as a memory.  Such a lovely thought .

During the most horrendous time of my life loosing my son the staff at the co-op funeral service on Tritton Road were amazing. They were kind, thoughtful and took all of the stress of arranging things and made it bearable. They respected me and looked after my son once he was moved to them! I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot praise enough all the staff at the Lincoln Co-operative Funeral Service. They made a very hard and sad time in my life so much easier to cope with. I was kept informed every step of the way of what was happening and on the day of the funeral itself they showed such respect to my late husband and also all the family. I would definitely recommend them

Professional, and caring approach. Kirby was amazing and everything we had planned was perfect despite the sadness and emotion.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Orders of service were just gorgeous and everyone commented on the day about how well the service had gone and how wonderful it was.
The staff at Procotrs Road where my husband was in the Chapel of Rest, were lovely and really looked after me every time I went to visit.
You have to be a special sort of person I think to look after relatives of the deceased, and everyone I came in to contact with has been just that - special and I felt they really cared about me.

Absolutely fantastic service, nothing ever to much trouble, let us see dad as many times as we wanted as there was a lot of family members. Arrangements ran perfectly smooth. And kind caring and respectful all the way through the process.
