I had arranged a prepaid funeral for my dad which made everything easier. Had a few extras to pay. Great help from Julie and the celebrant. Everything ran so smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor communication from reception.... as they are first port of call , they should have all the information on a loved one in their care ..... before a loved one is viewed...... family members who went on the first visit were shocked and distressed on seeing Maureen due to her through an infection when she passed away was not embalmed.....which the family were not informed about ......  this last image will stay with them ......

Very very pleased at a difficult time, everything went smoothly,respectful,friendly,excellent service.Nicola and Andrew were very helpful and Andrew's understanding of my Mother was absolutely right.
The CO-Op looked after my Father 8 years ago and again that was excellent.

Thank you so much for all your help and support at such a difficult time. 
The funeral made the BBC Lincolnshire headlines as the snow was so horrendous on the day of the funeral and lorry drivers helped to push the hearse! 
The staff were covered in snow and remained professional and carried out their duties with no complaint.

The service was more than we expected. I can only compare with the funeral services in Germany and they only think about the money and not really of the feelings of the people left behind.
You not only showed consideration, but also a great deal of respect.
Now I know why my mother chose you for funeral of my father and why it was the wish of my mother to be in your capable hands.
