From start to finish the Funeral Director, Nicola Mather at Co-op Funeral Services, was on hand to run through everything in a respectful and thoughtful way and explained the options and choices and process whenever I had a question. This made everything so much easier at a very difficult time. The facilities and environment in the place was so nice and was very fitting as a resting place before her cremation. Seeing my wife in her coffin was never any bother to arrange. On the day of the funeral service Nicola and the wider team - drivers, pall bearers etc were fantastic and ensured the whole service ran smoothly and as per my wishes. Couldn't have asked for anything else or more. I would definitely recommend the Co-op Funeral Services to anyone having to sadly use such services upon the death of loved one at a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you Nicola.

All the arrangements we made together as a family were beautifully carried out by and with our Funeral Director Nicola Mather on the day.  Any last minute changes that occurred to the family were also put in place easily and without fuss.  

The ladies on Reception were polite, pleasant and helpful.  Flowers were splendid and the Service Sheets beautifully presented.  

All these things went on to give my dear husband Jack, the dignified and uplifting funeral that he so deserved.

There were too many instances of us having to chase and not being called back which at such a time is not what we expected to happen.

Face to face meetings were dealt with well. On the day everything was excellent, but up to that point we were frankly disappointed.

Due to difficult family circumstances I was the representative for a distant aunt following her passing . The Co-op staff were efficient and professional with the result that my aunt's funeral was a dignified, fitting affair that ran very smoothly. This was despite limited family input and involvement as I live 300 miles from where the ceremony took place. I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts.

Everyone at the coop funeral services dealt with our family in a compassionate and sincere manner.
They were most attentive and dads funeral went well.
The building on Tritton road is a pleasant peaceful complex to visit and has lots of private spaces to talk to people.
