Right from the first phone call to set up appointment for the funeral arrangements to the actual funeral itself the service was impeccable. Everyone who .dealt with me from Mr David Gault to everyone I spoke to on the phone or who saw me when in went in to see mum in there chapel of rest. The compassion I received was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you on behalf of my self and my fiancé Martin and daughter Amy and the rest of my family

I can not fault Lincoln Co-operative Funeral services regarding the handling of my Dads funeral. From the first visit to their offices on Tritton Road to the actual day of the funeral, their service was excellent. They were considerate and attentative to my Dads and the families wishes. In every aspect they were first class.

It was so easy and stress less. Nicola our funeral director could not do enough for us. She sorted out everything from organising the flowers to provisionally booking the wake. Cannot thank her enough. With everything else going on it took so much pressure off me and my family.

Mum requested the union jack on the coffin (ww2 Army), this was not done. I felt i had totally let her down. Spent the whole funeral angry and embarrassed, could not look at the coffin. I will for ever be reminded of this final failure. This request was written down and discussed. It should have been rectified on the day. Let down at the one time I should not have been. Details matter .. I'm still seeking closure.

We felt it was a bit of a wait until the appointment but after that it was a good service. Time was given to take to process the events as they happened and all the staff were very patient and kind, but remained professional at the same time.
From collecting mum from home to the Celebration of life service we all felt mum was cared for with dignity and respect.

The arrangements were made swiftly and with the minimum of fuss. It was far easier arranging the funeral than many other matters at this sad time.

From the initial visit t o make the arrangements until the actual funeral everything was dealt with in a sympathetic and efficient manner.

Every member of staff with whom I came in contact were extremely polite and understanding

The funeral was handled with dignity and efficiency.and the service was conducted to a very high standard.

I can not rate Nicola Maher, the funeral director and her team highly enough for the professional care they gave to our family and my late father. From the moment we walked into the Lincolnshire Cooperative funeral services on Tritton road, we were made to feel relaxed and the feeling we were in very good hands. Nicola's guidance through this difficult process made it so much easier to understand exactly what was required to ensure my father had the type of funeral befitting someone we love very dearly. She communicated throughout the steps thoroughly and sensitively. In addition, she recommended Andrew Keys to conduct the service, who also was always extremely professional and so helped put together a wonderful service for my father. Both worked so well with the RAF who were part of service. I would strongly recommend the Lincolnshire Cooperative funeral services on Tritton Road and in particular Nicola Maher for a professional, caring and sensitive approach to any grieving family who requires such services.
