Lincoln Co-Operative Funeral Service were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us in particular the lady we dealt with at the office on Outer Circle Road was understanding, supportive and went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. We were so appreciative at this very difficult time in our lives and I would highly recommend the Co-Operative Funeral Service to anybody!!

The customer service we received was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, they made the difficult process a much easier experience. Everything was well organised and the funeral took place without any issues. Toni and Julie were kind and made sure we could say a lovely goodbye.

Watching your Loved ones slowly deteriorate before your eyes and knowing that you cannot alter their fate is an awful thing to watch.
I was amazed after Mum passed away how what seemed an impossible task with the grief and the hopelessness was handled superbly by all involved in the process of preparing Mum for her final journey.

Everything regarding my Mums funeral was carried out in a very professional and respectful manner. Even though it was a very sad time, everything was taken care of in a thoughtful way, from Toni who was excellent at Procters Road, and  also on the day of the funeral by the proccesion team that made Mums last journey a memorable one.
