Everyone at A J Murray have been absolutely wonderful at what has been a terribly upsetting time for us; on the day of the funeral everything was explained as to how the day would be, the staff were so kind send respectful, it made the service and the day beautiful, just his my mother would have wanted, thank you.

Excellent service, they can't do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble.
The day of the funeral went without a hitch and the service was lovely, all the staff are excellent very professional, while still being able to empathise with the family.

We had previously had an excellent service from them, which was why we went with A J Murray's (Co-operative) again and would always be our first choice in the future.

They are there supporting, without being intrusive. A truly great service. I can't thank them enough for making our day easier to bear.

The death was sudden so we were in shock when attending A J Murray's to make the necessary arrangements. We were made to feel at home immediately and not under any time pressure. Josephine advised us of what was available and what could be done for us. We were given time to consider things and that we could call back anytime to make changes if necessary. We had last minute illness issues on the day of the cremation but both Aidan Lucas,who conducted the service, the drivers and Tom took it in their stride and assisted my husband and son to carry on with the service and anything else that was required. Overall we would rate A J Murray's service, efficiency and kindness as excellent. Thank you very much.

I used the Hinckley branch of The Cooperative Funeralcare to organise my mum's funeral which took place last week. I couldn't be happier with the support and time that the branch dedicated to our family. Tom and his staff were incredibly professional and so helpful. I knew what I wanted in my head for my mum and they delivered all of the little details so perfectly from the beautiful flowers and casket to the design of the order of service. I would never hesitate to use Tom's service again and am so grateful to his branch. I'll never forget it. Thanks so much.

I  would like to thank Tom for the wonderful way my mother’s funeral was organised, and the kind and careful guidance on the day. Jo for the excellent way she kept us informed. We have had compliments back from family and friends who said the service at the crematorium was beautiful, and very moving. The team Jo, Tom and Tara where fantastic in helping me organise Marie's funeral.
I have never had to do this before and the help me ever step of the way.
On the day of the funeral they where amazing, I was blessed to have them by my side during this emotion and difficult period of time.

Nothing was too much trouble for Thomas at A.J.Murrays. He was with us every step of the way.
A very sad time for myself and family was made more bearable with his care and attention to detail. From his contact with the minister and our Chapel to the day of the funeral itself, the respect shown to John was wonderful. Thank you so much, Margaret Horton and family.

I thought the funeral service was excellent weather was terrible but we were kept in the warm as much as possible . The cars and ushers were well presented  , Tom was lovely I would highly recommend the service to everyone
