I would like to thank the staff of the Earl Shilton branch for the caring and professional manner in arranging my mother’s funeral.  The service was arranged taking in to account all of our families differing requests and this was very much appreciated. Marie was a great help to me when making the arrangements and visiting the chapel of rest. Also pass on my thanks to Gary Kelly the celebrant he is well recommended for anyone wanting this type of service, he went above and beyond to make the service and wake a celebration of Madeleines life. Dear Marie and Jayne, I wish to thank you both and the rest of the Heart of England staff for such a smooth transition leading up to and on the 23rd August for our mum Betty Harris. You were always sympathetic and understanding without prejudice to our needs and mum's desires. Sitting in the car behind the coffin we all commented that this was the moment we had dreaded but then we saw those lovely flowers that mum had chosen and it was as if she was with us. Both the church service and the wake went very well and seeing everything she had wished for come to fruition was such a comfort to us all. Comments were made about the lovely ' order of service' and the pins of silver doves I was able to hand around so we could all wear them on her day. They were greeted with joy , a lovely touch. Many thanks to you for making the day personal.

    Our family have used Earl Shilton C0-operative Funeral Care several times and have always been more than satisfied with the service we have received. The staff are sensitive and caring at a difficult time. They are most helpful and never rush you into making any decisions and the funeral has always been conducted with the utmost dignity. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    I found the service I received at Earl Shilton ( jane in particular) was excellent. She was always there to talk to and in language you understood. She was very compassionate and along with Maria always there to help.

    From first seeing Andy I felt so at ease, so thoughtful understanding and calming. Jane was amazing when I went to see my husband in the chapel of rest, again calming and so kind. Thank you all for making this very difficult time go so smoothly.
