Richard Ward was recommended by a good friend. They helped us to make the funeral service very personal to our mother. The funeral directors were 'invisible' to us most of the time, which is how it should be, but extremely on the ball when it came to making sure we had choices, like offering us a flower from the coffin spray, and helping to make some friends in wheelchairs more comfortable by guiding them inside out of the cold wind. We felt the funeral was very much 'our' day to say goodbye to a much loved mother. Thank you for everything you organised for us.

Richard Ward provided an excellent service and it was a nice touch that going from the church the Funeral possession was walked up the road past my mums house before going onto the crematorium which was something we had'nt discussed but they had done a review the day before and offered this at the church.

Richard, Sharon and Grace were all really caring and supportive at this time of need and sadness. They all helped with advice and delivered as promised on the day for our uncle. Thank you
