We found the staff to be very professional, helpful and sympathetic throughout the whole process of arranging my dads funeral. They kept in constant contact and nothing was too much trouble. Everything we asked for they provided us with. Henry Paul couldn't have been more supportive throughout the difficult process of organising our mum's funeral. They made sure we knew what needed to be done and when, guided us through the decisions which needed to be made along the way and their communication throughout was excellent. They did all this with compassion and understanding and their fantastic service continued on the day of the funeral, where all of the extra marks of respect shown by the pall beavering team at each stage of the process truly touched our hearts. The service Henry Paul Funerals provided was superb. Jan and Millie were both professional and respectful in organizing my fathers funeral. The communication I made whether by phone or email was quickly acknowledged and the staff we dealt with on the day of the funeral were also faultless. We were pleased to be able to use a director local to my family's home.

To say they were excellent is understatement,It was one of the saddest days of my life ,they were kind, thoughtfully and provided us with peace of mind on such a sad time.I can not fault them at all.We dealt with southborough and all staff were so sensitive and helpfull.My Dad Mr Phillip Saunders had his last journey from their Pembury branch all staff there were also kind and sensitive,

We are so happy we decided to go with Henry Paul’s. Millie was amazing with how she helped us organise everything and keeping in contact with us via email and phone whenever we needed. Of course the process of organising a funeral is never a nice experience but with Millie helping us, she made it feel a lot more easier.

They could not do enough for you and are very flexible.
I received a phone call from them the morning of my father's funeral to ask if we were all ready our end and told me that all the flowers had arrived and the orders of service were ready. Very helpful company and would highly recommend them!

Henry Paul made arranging my husband’s funeral as easy as possible. They were professional and helpful from the moment I made contact with them.  Having lost my mother four weeks before my husband I was dreading having to arrange another funeral but they answered all my questions promptly and were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. 
On the day the guys were efficient and courteous and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am so grateful to everyone for making a dreadful time much easier for me.

Excellent service from Millie when we visited to arrange the Funeral, helpfully guiding us through all the points, backed up by reassuring, efficient service at the crematorium. Setting up the details on this website was also very helpful. My one "suggestion for improvement" would have been to have had some communication (e.g. e-mail) in between, e.g. just to check/confirm arrangements.
