To say they were excellent is understatement,It was one of the saddest days of my life ,they were kind, thoughtfully and provided us with peace of mind on such a sad time.I can not fault them at all.We dealt with southborough and all staff were so sensitive and helpfull.My Dad Mr Phillip Saunders had his last journey from their Pembury branch all staff there were also kind and sensitive,
I would like to thank Connor very much for making a very sad day a little more bearable.

We are so happy we decided to go with Henry Paul’s. Millie was amazing with how she helped us organise everything and keeping in contact with us via email and phone whenever we needed. Of course the process of organising a funeral is never a nice experience but with Millie helping us, she made it feel a lot more easier.

They could not do enough for you and are very flexible.
I received a phone call from them the morning of my father's funeral to ask if we were all ready our end and told me that all the flowers had arrived and the orders of service were ready. Very helpful company and would highly recommend them!

Henry Paul made arranging my husband’s funeral as easy as possible. They were professional and helpful from the moment I made contact with them.  Having lost my mother four weeks before my husband I was dreading having to arrange another funeral but they answered all my questions promptly and were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. 
On the day the guys were efficient and courteous and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am so grateful to everyone for making a dreadful time much easier for me.

Excellent service from Millie when we visited to arrange the Funeral, helpfully guiding us through all the points, backed up by reassuring, efficient service at the crematorium. Setting up the details on this website was also very helpful. My one "suggestion for improvement" would have been to have had some communication (e.g. e-mail) in between, e.g. just to check/confirm arrangements.

Not being from the area we were not familiar with any funeral directors in the vicinity of Tunbridge Wells. Henry Paul came highly recommended. From the very first telephone call they did not disappoint. Even with the covid restrictions we were able to meet with Millie face to face. We were very impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and her sincerity in dealing with us in these emotional times. The range and quality of services they provide is outstanding. We opted for an English made natural willow casket which again was of superb quality. The communication fro Millie was first class, keeping us informed as the process continued providing us with all the relevant information that we required. She took time to get to know us and understand what we needed. She also recommended a celebrant, Jan Comley who made contact within 24 hours of our first meeting. As this was the first funeral I have had to arrange obviously I had lots of questions and I made several phone calls to Millie who always took the time I needed to understand the process, nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt that I was being rushed. On the day of the funeral we had arranged to meet the hearse at the crematorium. At the allotted time we were greeted by the immaculately turned out young man, Connor (Millies brother). Connor also took his time to explain what would happen next. Beautiful hearse with my Dad's casket drew in front of the crematorium along with 4 immaculately turned out pall bearers. Connor then directed the mourners to their seats and led tge procession into the chapel. From start to finish we could not have wished for a better send off to my beloved Father. I would not hesitate in recommending Henry Paul to anybody who may need them in the future.

Henry Paul handled my fathers funeral with utmost respect and consideration from the first phone call made to the day of the funeral. Everybody at Henry Paul were so professional and made a very difficult day for my family a much easier day, knowing my father was in great hands. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was noted throughout. I can't thank all at Henry Paul enough. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant throughout. It is never a situation you want to find yourself in, however Henry Paul made things so much easier. Everyone we dealt with were understanding and approachable with everything we needed, there was a call the morning of the funeral to ensure they had everything correct before leaving and they made sure the day was complete without any issues. From the beginning meeting and discussing the arrangements, with such care and compassion to the wonderful and thoughtful communications/contacts, up to and including the incredibly professional service at the cemetery, everything was truly first class.
Couldn’t have asked for a better team to give my wife the most wonderful first class send off that she deserved. It was as if they knew her and her likes and wishes.

I found the Henry Paul staff Jan and Millie very helpful and sympathetic. Particularly given the unusual circumstances caused by the Coronavirus situation. The lead mourner Connor was very nice and respectful. All pallbearers were just the same. Thanks.
