My mother's funeral arrangements were handled with respect and consideration throughout, we were kept informed of progress made and consulted about all aspects of the service. On the day of mum's funeral she was treated with respect and the pall bearers remained in the background but were attentive when something was needed.

In my case it was my Husband, I cannot express enough, how kind they have been, they did everything to help me
The coffin bearers, were so professional, and kind . I and many of my friends and relations were so pleased I chose Henry Paul

I wanted to thank you all at Henry Paul for everything you did to help us on the journey we had to make from the death of my father to his funeral.  I’d just like to say that you dealt with the process with the utmost care and sensitivity at every stage and your support was very much appreciated. Connor did a great job on the day and it was nice to see Sean and the pallbearers we had for my mother’s funeral.

Professional and Sympathetic.

Having not experienced organising a funeral before we needed someone to guide us through the process. After talking to Henry Paul on the phone we felt comfortable with letting them help us with the funeral arrangements.
They led us through the process without any fuss, all emails were replied to within a short period of time and our questions answered promptly. 
On the day of the funeral we were met by Connor and his team. They looked and dressed to a high standard showing respect and dignity when handling the coffin. My Father in Law would have been delighted as were the family attending.

I would thoroughly recommend Henry Paul to look after your funeral arrangements.

From the first meeting, front of house. Millie was kind, gentle and very understanding of our loss. She was compassionate and very knowledgable. On the funeral day it’s self the gentlemen were very respectful, kind , caring and compassionate. Especially the support given to my daughter who wanted to help carry  her fathers coffin on his final journey. The pallbearer walked alongside her  and supported her every step of the way. Your staff are a credit to your family business, and you should be very proud of each and everyone of them. A very big thank you from our family. Xx
