The service I received after the loss of my father was exceptional and the fact that Mark phoned on a Sunday to put my mind at rest for the cremation was very thoughtful and the co-op has been totally professional in all the arrangements which took a lot off my mind at a very sad and trying time.

Everyone was kind and caring. Everything was planned and put together perfectly. 
The call before the day from the Funeral director was welcomed as I knew what time etc and the aftercare has been brilliant. I used the Co-op for my in-laws, my mum and my husband and I will be using them for myself with a funeral plan. Excellent service

Hearse arrived on time and Matt introduced himself and told me what would happen . the celebrant, Scott lead the service which was short but very well presented. All in all a very nice presentation. Excellent service. We were kept uptodate on all matters relating to the funeral from the Dartford office. 

I received a call from the Undertaker the day before the service to introduce himself and to make sure the arrangements were as we expected.

All the staff were friendly and efficient. They made all the arrangements for the funeral easy with good advice as to what we needed, and what we needed to do.
They kept us informed as to what was happening.
On the day everything ran like clockwork. At such a stressful time we could not have asked for a nicer group of people. Every one of Dartford Funeralcare , treated us all will compassion and the utmost respect.
