F A Albin and Sons from the start to the finish, were always professional and dignified.
They showed our loved one and our family care and understanding at a time when it was most needed. That’s why we have continued to use Albin & Sons as my family have for many years.
Their attention to detail and guiding us respectfully when needed was invaluable, and nothing was too much trouble.
The photo reflection was beautiful and the web link we had to relations in Australia was superb. They all felt that they were there on the day.
We will always recommend F A Albin & Sons.
We would like to thank them for everything they did to make Mums funeral a very special day.

Everything went smoothly. Jo and Steve were very helpful and caring throughout and made the whole process as painless as possible during what is obviously a difficult time. They took very good care of my mother. Their recommendation of Michelle Harvey as the celebrant to take the service was also spot on as she put together a wonderful eulogy and it felt as though she had personally known my mother for many years.

From the moment we set foot in Albin’s at Crayford, and met Jo Branch, we felt our mum would be well looked after and we weren’t disappointed. They were caring, considerate and respectful and we could not have wished for better care for her. On the day of the funeral there was minimal stress as Albin’s took care of everything. Their staff are amazing, their attention to detail fantastic and the driving superb. The celebrant, Michelle Harvey, spoke of our mum as an old friend would and conveyed an understanding of our mum without ever having met her. Thank you Albin’s for a fantastic send off.

There are not enough words to thank Jo & Steve at Albins Crayford,  for not only caring for my wonderful Mum, but us as a family. Jo and her Team were wonderful from start to finish in the planning and preparations for Mum's funeral. Kind, compassionate and with a meticulous eye for detail, Jo made the most impossible of jobs - as easy as it could have been and for that, we will be forever grateful.

Jo listened to our preferences and matched us with a wonderful celebrant who made sure that our Mum was given the most wonderful of send-offs

On the day, Simon's stewardship along with this colleagues made it a beautiful and fitting celebration of our Mum's life. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo, Simon and the whole team at F.A Albin's in Crayford for their attention to detail, care for our family and for facilitating the most perfect of days for us. Jo was always there for any questions and kept us informed at every step.  On the day of funeral Steve was there to talk us through the details, always respectful and professional.

I cannot express enough our gratitude to Albins for how they looked after Dad and the family for Dad's funeral. We knew we were on good hands because they managed mum's funeral back in 2017. They did an amazing job for Mum and we were not disappointed when saying goodbye to Dad.

A particular mention for Jo Branch in Crayford - her compassion, care, warmth and professionalism are second to none. We knew Dad would be well cared for in the days before the funeral and Jo made sure everything ran smoothly.

A second mention goes to Alfie and his team on the day of the funeral. They showed my Dad nothing but respect and care. And the laying of a rose in front of the family home was unexpected and incredibly moving. Alfie made sure throughout to look after us and manage everything.

We didn't have to worry about a thing. Leaving us to grieve and celebrate Dad's 94 years.

All the staff were very respectful professional & kind.
Jo in the office was lovely & so caring too. No question was any trouble. 
Dad was able to sit with Mum the day before & Jo made him feel comfortable & relaxed. 
Steve led Mums funeral & made us all feel at ease.
There was so many little touches, too many to mention, including leaving a red rose on the front door & when we stopped by the golf club too. When we drove past the office the staff there came out & bowed their heads as we drove past.
There was water & tissues for us to help ourselves to in the cars.
Thank you Albins for making a difficult time easier. We as a family would 100% recommend

The professionalism of the entire team from the sympathetic guys that collected mum in the early hours of the morning, to Joanne at Crayford who was so approachable and understanding in formulating the detail for mum’s funeral, to the team that prepared mum back in Bermondsey to Steve and his team, (limousine driver Paul and the younger guys associated with the Hearse) were professional beyond words. In our opinion F A Albins are the Rolls Royce of funeral directors, best in class.
