I was very impressed of the handling of my mother-in law's funeral arrangements. Every step of the way, I was advised, helped and kept informed of any procedure that needed to be organised in a timely manner - From selecting a coffin - floral arrangements and booking a Celebrant which was all done with the help of Lauren. It really kept the strain off us as a family as to wondering what was the best way forward etc. In fact I feel I hardly did anything - and the actual funeral day itself went without a hitch of any sort, timing and total professionalism was shown by all the staff from the Co-op involved. In fact, everyone said how lovely everything went. And the floral tributes ordered by the office - were absolutely beautiful.
