At such a sad time, Issey and her team were faultless with their service. Nothing was too much for them, and went at our pace.
Very accommodating. She guided us through the process and kept us up to date every step of the way. This was something i have never had to do and Issey put us all at easy with the arrangements.

We wanted to keep it simple, and the Co-op Funeral team helped us to do exactly that. We were able to keep phone calls and meetings to a minimum. The team on the day could not have been bettered - warm, compassionate, friendly.

Everyone at the coop were absolutely wonderful and my husbands funeral was planed really well and on the day everything went really well, we even had a rainbow, it was hard for me to say goodbye to him but they helped me through every step of the funeral I'd recommend them in fact I'd like them to do mine when its time thank you very much all of you x

Couldn't have been a better service, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a single red rose to place on the coffin. They asked whether I wanted it in the car with us or to be given to me when we walked in. It was done. We wanted them to wear some of my dad's running medals. It was done.

Truly exceptional service by the funeral director on the day, safely delivering Dad to the church and then for burial with respect and dignity at all times.

Let down by a poor offering from the admin side, numerous spelling mistakes throughout the process (including the email asking for a review), just a seemingly lack of attention to detail or care from the local branch.

We had a funeral for my mother on 30th January 2024 and Co-Op Funeralcare Dartford made all the arrangements for us and advised us on what options we had for the burial and service in the cemetery chapel. They let us know what would happen on the day. On the day the staff were very helpful and kind and kept us informed. We could not have asked for more.
