Megan was very professional, accommodating and helpful. Megan also guided us in the right direction with ideas we were not sure about.
Staff were very professional and kind on the day.

The co op gave us the best send off for our young nephew they were so respectful and caring and listened to our needs . Mike , megan and Jackie all worked really hard to get us through a very sad time and they are all a credit to the company .

This service was undignified, impersonal. The ashes and crematorium where in a different location to be told , only found this out through ring the crematorium. 
Would not use atall

From first contact with Welwyn Garden City Funeralcare, everything was handled with sympathy and professionalism. From discussing and deciding on the funeral arrangements, through to the date of the funeral service itself, we received excellent assistance. Arrangements worked seamlessly with all the parties involved, resulting in peace of mind for the family. I would recommend their services to others.

Superb job, couldn’t have been better. It was a beautiful day (if these things can be classed as beautiful) Everything went exactly to plan and we found the whole thing to be very professional and caring from beginning to end. Thank you. 
Erin, in the office was precise and very understanding. Alexandra Carter, our celebrant made a wonderful job of listening to us and portraying my mum’s life in just the right way.  Peter, the funeral director was extremely professional and immaculately turned out. We could not have asked for more from any of them, so thank you all once again.
