The service was well thought out, and the celebrant (Aigail) was extremely patient in understanding the sensitivity of our family's needs regarding our involvement in the process and procedures for the order, as well as efficient. My deceased sister was there way ahead of time, and we didn't feel rushed at all in having our time to say our goodbyes to her.

Thank you, Brooks - it was well appreciated.

I had never had to arrange a funeral before and brooks were there for me every step of the way. My father passed away at home on Boxing Day so a difficult time, the guys who came out were supremely professional and very respectful.

I'm Barnet-based and the team helped me deal with the passing of both my mum and dad over in East Finchley this year. My parents opted for Direct Cremation. They were very professional and coordinated with the crematorium & mortuary in the background. It has been 'quite a year' but it was nice to have the support of Brooks to deal with this. Thanks guys. All the staff at Brooks were very sympathetic and kind. They were extremely understanding regarding the difficulties I faced with registering the death of my sister. The staff also advised me how to deal with the housing department at Ealing council. Robert, Roy and team have organised two funerals for me, one for a close friend, on for my father.  As I work in live events, I have approached both in many ways as events to produce, rather than emotional events, mainly to protect myself.  On both occasions, Brooks were respectful and compassionate as the occasion demanded, but also straightforward, practical and professional which was the way I wanted to approach things. I recommend them without reservation.

They pronounced our names wrong despite being told beforehand and messed up a hymn which didn't appear on the projector. Lacked lustre and displaying little passion when reading the eulogies

From the initial consultation I felt at ease at a very difficult time.
Nothing was to much trouble and all members of staff were professional and attentive at all times.
The florist and reverent that were recommended by Brook's were excellent.
The day could not have gone any better and friends and family that attended commented how good it was and that was thanks to everyone at Brook's. Thank You Very Much.
