I would like to highlight the way Co Op Funeral Services handled Mums funeral arrangements, without fail everyone we were in contact with demonstrated a very caring and professional service. Without exception they all dealt with matters so promptly and providing guidance when needed.


The flowers were lovely, everything was very befitting for a very special Mum and lady.


Mum certainly chose a good funeral prepayment plan.

Insensitive consultations, didn’t follow up on funeral directions, did not have relevant information, gave incorrect and inappropriate information about handling of deceased, left us with no confirmation of events on the day without chasing, gave misleading information about crematorium process, we’re unclear about charging structure without significant pressing, inappropriately pressured us to come in to office to sign one form (falsely indicating there were multiple requiring physical attendance), offered very confusing advice on creamtorium v funeral director responsibility

Both the girls were lovely and supportive.  I had asked for a few different things that I wanted for my dad’s funeral and they made sure everything happened.  A very easy experience in a very dark time.  Thank you to both Sarah and Kelly for organising it all and being so kind.  The lady who directed the funeral was excellent as well.  Very respectful and empathetic.

At what is a difficult time for families, having a funeral company that you can rely on to deliver is key. Everything from start to finish was respectfully and thoroughly handled. On the day Collette, the Funeral Director, was first class. In control and steering us competently and sensitively through each stage. Mums Coop Silver funeral plan enabled for all her wishes to kick in seamlessly and provided excellent value for money.
