The staff were very professional at all times and advised us every step of the way. They were very supportive and understanding and made a very difficult time as stressful and straightforward as it good be. We discussed with Nicky and Rosemary what we wanted and they did the rest ensuring we had no worries at all. On the day they made every effort to make my father in laws final journey as he would have wanted and personalised it to him. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did especially during these unprecedented times with all the restrictions, they went above and beyond to ensure he had the send off he deserved.

Can not recommend Heritage Funerals enough. They were so supportive and would happily answer any queries you had, no matter how small. They really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas when we did not know. Rosemary spoke such beautiful words at the service, it was lovely.
