After an extremely bad start where  there were confusions in arrangements the actual funeral all came together very well.
The team went above and beyond and looked after us well throughout.  There were also several lovely touches added in.
The florist Barnaby’s was first class following carefully guidance given from Erin who is very knowledgeable.

It’ll never be the best time. You want everything to go smoothly and your relative to move forward in style. This is the third funeral I have organised in four years. I find the Coop professional and caring. Open to last minute charges of mind. Every requested was completed. While a number of the ladies in the office dealt with me, Erin was the one with me to the finish. Thank you all so much.

We purchased a funeral care package with the Co Ophir for my mother-in-law approximately seven years ago. It had to be used unfortunately in August. We would like to thank Susanne especially for the attention to detail and helpful suggestions. you also to all the staff for the wonderful array of colourful ties, the staff at Harwood Park also wore them too as we asked for no black, it was such a delight to see so much colour as we celebrated mum's life and her passing at the age of 91. Thank you again for making this day very special.
