From the moment we walked into the Co-Op Funeral directors we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained to us, we were not rushed into making any decisions, we were given time to consider what we wanted.
On the day of the funeral itself, everything ran like clockwork. The staff were impeccable, kind and thoughtful. I would most certainly recommend them.

Would have given excellent but for the fact our key contact was made redundant. This in turn created last minute feelings of uncertainty, albeit there was no need for these feelings as the funeral went to plan and was conducted very well.

We have to deal with so many different people as staff left or where on training and we had to contact the funeral director continuously as we were not happy with the service.
It caused elderly parents to be very distressed during the whole process.

I would like to thank coop funeral care for such a great service under the circumstances. Jembalina was amazing and really looked after us and showed care towards my mum, going out of her way to paint her nails for me and top her lipstick up which I no she would of really appreciated. Everyone involved on the day of the funeral were so kind I cannot remember the gentleman's name who seemed to lead the cars and be in charge but he was so lovely and caring towards me when I was really upset. I was so devastated at the death of my mum which was so quick and unexpected so I am so grateful that at such a difficult time it was made a little bit easier with the kindness and smooth running of the lead up and day of the funeral. Thank you again

A very friendly welcome but at the same time fully a wear for our reson for being there. Met our requirements informing us at all stages of the procedure and changes that were required.
Jembalina made me feel I was in good hands and I thank her for making the experience so much easier for me.

The team were very sensitive to our needs, our culture and requirements needed to conduct a Greek Christian Othrodox funeral. The staff were all professional both in the lead up to the day and on the day itself. It ended up the perfect send off for our beloved father. Thank you.
