Very well organised, nothing was too much trouble, very kind and caring. Gave suggestions when not sure of the general procedure. Everything went according to plan on the day and once again they were there to give support and advice when needed. Thank you for helping to celebrate my husband's life the way we wanted.

The co-op funeral in Wood Lane Hemel Hempstead were absolutely fantastic, they went and above and beyond to help where they could, a huge thank you to Farrah and allie for helping with my mum’s funeral, you both were amazing and you made sure everything was so special and perfect on the day for our mum and helped us massively though it all. An all round excellent service. From the time we walked in and spoke to Farrah my elderly mother and I felt very welcome. Prior to that the company dealt with practical matters most efficiently. Everything was explained clearly from dates and order of service to providing an equally excellent and sympathetic celebrant in Al Mayfield. On the day everything went smoothly including the vehicles and pall bearers led by Steve. 
Highly recommended- difficult to compare value for money.

Stephen the funeral director phoned the day before the service to introduce himself, which was very welcome and comforting. On the day he and his colleagues were very caring and professional. My overall impression was that Stephen and his colleagues are a credit to your company.

This business thinks that it is appropriate to send a ‘rate my funeral’ email without permission or warning 14 days after cremation. My mother’s death is not a subject for an online survey like an erroneous Amazon order. This is totally inappropriate, demeaning to relatives and those who have died.  Obviously the focus is on gaining ratings via web surveys than those who have died and their relatives. If you are readings reviews, please remember there is a family at the back of this ‘service’ who are reduced to this level of disrespect not even 14 days after a cremation.

The folk at Hemel Hempstead were amazing from my first interaction, every step of the way they were helpful, respectful and made me feel relaxed and listened too, planning was excellent, nothing was ever too much.
