It was absolutely superb and very very professional. The people I dealt with were very sympathetic and thoughtful.
Not a complaint as we are all human but maybe someone needs to tell the driver of our limo on the way to the cemetery that it's not sound proof. We can hear everything in the back that he does and said in the front, from big loud yawns to saying he was f**king hungry. Luckily my father is deaf and I found it quite amusing but I think he should be aware.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely seamless. 
Communication was brilliant and contact was made with us ahead of the funeral by the funeral director to introduce himself and run through what to Expect. 
My Mums funeral was every thing she would have wanted and all I could have hoped for under such sad circumstances

Once again we have had excellent service and dedication from the Co-Op team in Borehamwood. Chantal always responded quickly and gave us a complete understanding of our options and selections.

The Cremation went professionally and smoothly which took the burden of organisation off of the family especially as it was organised remotely.
