Where to start, the Co-Op has been professional, helpful and   personal touch has been wonderful.
During this emotional time, the organisation of the funeral was dealt with them, everything was done to our family personal need’s.
The Co-Op went above and beyond to help our family with our difficult needs.
The funeral director spoke to us the day before, the day and the following day, that was lovely.
The day of the funeral went just the way it was planned, the service was lovely.
All the staff have been so nice, Chantal especially needs to be mentioned, always there to help and the office staff knew what was happening as well.
Follow up has been thoughtful.

The Co-op Funeralcare, Borehamwood were helpful and supportive in advising and organising  the funeral service we requested  following the death of our dear brother.  The staff were caring and friendly and carried out their duties diligently and respectfully on the day of the funeral.  We would highly recommend their service.

I can't thank the Co-op enough for helping with the funeral. Chantelle was wonderful and very compassionate. I would urge anyone thinking of making their own funeral plans, as my parents did, to use the Co-op. 5 stars isn't enough.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Initially telling us about the process starting with forms, then costings nothing was hidden, all so the celebrant they arranged for us was perfect. The funeral care team at Borehamwood were professional, efficient, thoughtful, sensitive & caring, nothing was too much trouble. They guided us through a difficult process with great skill. The funeral director & team on the day were equally as good, we felt cared for & that we were in v safe hands. An excellent service we recommend without hesitation.
