I can honestly say the team here have been exceptional. At no time did they ever show us anything but respect and compassion in a time when we needed it the most during this grieving process. All of the team, from the collection at the care home, to the funeral procession and then after on collection of Mum's ashes, everyone was incredible.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them... great job but all the team!

I cannot praise the Co-op funeral service highly enough. They offer a first class service, are professional and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Sadly the Co-op have handled 3 of my families funerals, but their sympathetic approach have made helped us cope at such distressing times. I would like to say a big thank you to Chantel, John and team.

It was hard for us as a family to be undertaking this process at what was an unexpected passing of my brother. The time, care and understanding taken by the team was immeasurable. At such a difficult time for us, they made the process as simplistic as we needed, especially when making any decisions was so hard. We had a special request in regards to the transportation of my brother to the Crematorium and they took on the responsibility and made it happen, which was above and beyond. Thank you to everyone for all your help and support, words are not enough to say how grateful we are.
