I speak on behalf of my family when I say that we couldn’t have wished for nicer team of people at the Co op  Borehamwood to arrange our dear Mums funeral.  Right from the start everyone including the celebrant was kind, compassionate, supportive and above all went out of their way to make us all feel cared for at a time which was so difficult for us all.  I don’t think we could ever thank them enough and will be forever grateful to them for making those few weeks leading up to the day that we said our goodbyes go as smoothly as possible.  You are all worth your weight in gold.

From the moment my mum was collected from her care home ,where she passed away ,I witnessed nothing but genuine care and respect. They were faultless in their professionalism and immaculate appearance.I would like to take this opportunity to just thank in particular;John ,Chantel and Catherine  for the support given to myself and family throughout the whole process ,also those who I didn’t meet behind the ‘scenes’ .My mum had a truly dignified send off

Funeral. So much has changed since then. 
But you helped guide us through the whole process.

The team at Borehamwood CO-op funeral care couldnt have been more helpful and accomadating to our requests . Including bringing Mum home for the day for a quiet family tribute and celebration before going to the crematorium later on .

Extremely understanding and compassionate service, they guided us through the process with empathy and explained the range of options available. The telephone call the afternoon prior to the funeral together with a follow up call the day after, demonstrated their ethos in putting the customer at the heart of their business.

The staff were friendly but there was an issue with 2 pole bearers not turning up and so I raised the issue with them, which they did eventually rectify this with a refund although it took 2 weeks without an acknowledgement from them and 2 phone calls from myself on behalf of the family , borehamwood staff were very apologetic and friendly and I think the management at Watford were slow in a response
