The service I received was warm sensitive and kind.


The funeral itself was everything I had hoped for and so professionally managed. Really beautiful and dignified. Couldn't fault any part of the experience!

Carole and the other members of your staff that we met were professional, kind and helpful. 
The only reason that we didn’t give an excellent rating was because you didn’t supply a box for donations to our chosen charity.

Carol was very supportive understanding from beginning to the end she was in constant contact with us making sure our needs were met, the celebrant she put us in touch with was the same, making the service all about Yvonne and her life, the actual Funeral Director on the day was also the same, making sure everything went smoothly.  All in all we were really pleased with the care and attention to detail, we were given.  The whole service from all the staff was exceptional. Ms Carol Guest was calm, gentle and reassuring, attributes definitely needed to deal with the endless bureaucracy we encountered on my husband's death. She went out of her way
To listen to my concerns and worries and offered guidance when needed. The funeral itself was 'lovely' and ran smoothly in spite of all the set backs which had to be dealt with. Ms Guest thank you so much. I also send my thanks to the rest of the staff. I shall now do a prepaid funeral for myself.

Carole was caring and efficient so that we could make the plans for my mothers funeral without too much pain. She was very helpful at guiding as and going through the choices available and even came in out of hours to meet us as I had a long journey. We can't thank her enough.
The actually funeral was beautiful and I felt my mum was treated with care and respect and myself and my family were treated with compassion and warmth.
