Walter’s and Sons dealt with my husbands funeral preparations with kindness and dignity and I felt reassured that they took good care of him. 
When it came to the funeral itself, everything ran very smoothly and they were extremely professional.

I can’t recommend their services highly enough.  My mum was a resident at Snowdrop Place Care Home and the staff were blown away with sensitivity and respect given when she was collected by David.  The staff are always at the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble and everyone are so supportive at this stressful time.

Waters and Sons were kind and thoughtful and David helped us think through the funeral arrangements for our Dad when it all felt very hard to make decisions and take each day at a time.  He made suggestions and listened to the things we thought might work best for Dad, and represented our thoughts in the way we were hoping for the coffin to be laid out, and for what felt right to do between the service and the crematorium.  These details brought us comfort on a difficult day, and his team were also brilliant. I used Water & Sons 10 years ago for my mother’s funeral , and they were so professional. I didn’t hesitate to use them for my Brothers . They were very compassionate and understanding . It’s not a lovely situation to be in arranging a funeral. But I can say that this family company are amazing and make it so easy and stress free. I would like to give a big thank you to all the team they have been fantastic and they went the extra mile as we had a HGV truck arranged to take my brother to the crematorium which they sorted all the arrangements out for us. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication because some of our emails weren't picked up. The online obituary gave details of the cremation which was private and the notice for donations was incorrect. MDA should have read MHA.
