Cannot fault Paul Capper. From start to finish they were very sensitive and professional with the requirements we wanted for our mums funeral. They made it a very special day. Can not thank them enough

Funeral planner totally unprofessional insisted on using terminology I asked not to be used as I found it upsetting, my husband was the only person in there care and was with  them for over 3 weeks before the funeral so they knew us well, even so after the service they called to tell me my deceased husbands cremated remains were with them! They knew his name John is back with us would have been so much nicer and kinder. Many mistakes made in the funeral arrangements, I paid over £5000 for a poor service.
