At one of the most difficult times a family can face, Lawrence & Sons provided a truly first-class service, combining genuine compassion, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.

From the very beginning, their approach was respectful, attentive and reassuring. They used their knowledge and experience to guide us through every decision, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. Their priority was clearly to ensure that our loved one received the dignified and special farewell he deserved, while taking away as much stress and anxiety from the family as possible.

A special thank you must go to John, who took the time to genuinely listen to our family's wishes and went above and beyond to ensure that even the smallest personal touches were thoughtfully considered. It was those extra efforts that made such a meaningful difference and helped make the farewell truly special.

What particularly sets Lawrence & Sons apart is that they are a genuine family-run business with traditional family values. There was no sales pressure, no impersonal approach, just sincere care, understanding and a genuine desire to do the very best for a grieving family.

From the moment Nathaniel arrived he has been thoughtful, respectful and very helpful.     He listened to my wishes and could not have been more accommodating in organising the cremation and latterly the orders of service and photo montage.   I chose an established family firm close by, because I wanted this personal service and am not disappointed.    I will most certainly recommend J Lawrence &Sons in future.

As expected we found them helpful. They took over several arrangements where we would have struggled and were kind and approachable

They guided us through all aspects of their services and assured us where we were doubtful and anxious.

Not surprisingly, the event went very well and the global feedback to the Live Streaming was very positive

Premises at St Denys could do with updating but that didn’t worry me.
