Alfie and his team were spot on, sensitive  without overdoing it. Kept me informed at every stage so I didn’t have any extra stress. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Premises at St Denys could do with updating but that didn’t worry me.

From start to finish, John and Chris were superb and incredibly helpful. From the practical aspects of the ceremony at the church itself and burial to the surrounding practicalities, they were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. My mother had given particular, slightly unusual instructions that they were able to help us follow from start to finish. We had left it in the hands of the experts, and I wasn't disappointed. Took much of the stress out of a very stressful process. Thoroughly recommend.

We were very pleaced for all the things that Nathaniel did to make the funeral of our aunt, be everything we hoped for, and all we had to do was to show up.
We live in Denmark, and we had only one meeting in person to person. And from there we were in the best hands and Nathaniel handled everything on behalf us and he kept us updated by email. The service couldn't be better.
