As the first funeral that I’ve been involved in the organisation of, we couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to help. Guided without pomposity  they made everything we suggested happen. Nothing was too much trouble. All the things that could have been stressful, weren’t because of their amazing can do approach. The spot where Colin was buried was beautiful, under the oak tree, and was close in proximity to where my parents are buried - this was arranged very sensitively. The flowers were stunning! When my wife Mary died recently, I immediately turned to J. Lawrence & Sons: they are based locally, and had done an excellent job when Mary's mother died several decades ago. They dealt with the whole process of arranging Mary's funeral very professionally and helpfully, and her cremation was carried out with great dignity, combining sadness at her passing with a joyful celebration of her life.
