From my initial telephone call to arrange an expression of wishes for my sister to then arranging, executing the funeral and aftercare, Marie and the Moore's team have provided what I can only describe as an exceptional caring & personal service for both us as family and the team at Dolphin Court where she lived. First Class service from start to finish. Point of contact, Marie, was especially helpful and friendly guiding me through all aspects of the procedure finishing with an excellent day. Funeral Director on the day was very friendly and professional.

    Moores we're brilliant when my Mum passed, they are very respectful and caring.

    Marie at Moores funeral directors in Havant was excellent in her support, empathy and understanding throughout the process of initially enquiring and eventually arranging my Dad's funeral. Marie explained everything so clearly, ever practical whilst also remaining sensitive, kind and caring at all times. We all felt like we were in a safe pair of hands. The service for Dad ran like clockwork, with Natalie equally kind and attentive at the crematorium. Overall the service we received from Marie felt incredibly personal to us, nothing was too much trouble and at such a difficult time this meant a great deal to us all. Thank you to Marie and the team at Moores - you have been simply brilliant!

    Marie and her team at Moore’s could not have made our experience any better. Marie seemed to understand us and Mum immediately and made us feel at ease and supported at such a painful time. The guidance and knowledge she provided was invaluable and so gentle. Marie was in contact at every stage making the full process completely seemless. We felt so comfortable that Mum was in her care. Every detail was listened to and understood making mums last day beautiful. 

    Thank you again to everyone at Moore’s but a special thanks to Marie, without her I don’t think we could have got through it. She has helped us create our final memory.
