Could not of wished for a better service, from CO OP Funeral Care in Havant, we used them before when our Dad passed away 9 yrs ago. So we had no hesitation whatsoever in going back ! Absolutely Outstanding Service

Terry the funeral arranger was very helpful from the first meeting right the way through the process, responding to requests for help and advice very promptly. The gentlemen who collected the deceased from her home were very considerate of her husband and family's feeling as at his difficult time and dealt with matters very professionally and quickly without any appearance of hurrying. Erika was recommended as celebrant, met with and subsequently communicated closely with the family to provide a service very appropriate to the deceased; her involvement and support was greatly appreciated by the family. On the day Lorna was the funeral director and she and her team were extremely professional in both their duties and the support they gave to the family.
At what for most people is a very difficult time - the loss of a mother - everyone from Havant Funeralcare pulled off the difficult balancing trick of being professional, respectful and friendly and seamlessly provided the funeral for a wife and mother that has taken the family a step towards closure. Thank you all concerned.

Terry who works at the Havant branch was very helpful and considerate during the process. Our Funeral Director Mick was also compassionate and professional prior to and on the day of the funeral. This made the funeral and organisation much easier to deal with from my perspective.

Whilst we had a relatively short time to make decisions due to the date availability for the funeral, the team at Havant Funeralcare navigated us through everything and were both sensitive on the day and responsive before when we had lots of questions.  It was a very stressful time for our elderly father so we were very grateful to have this team helping us.
