The whole process from the start was dealt with with kindness, compassion and empathy, the stress was taken away and made the whole process bearable.
The funeral was carried out with kindness and respect for our family and friends, who have given high praise for how beautiful it was.

We found Havant funeral care to be very understanding and empathetic of our needs at a time when we were at our most vulnerable. Through the staffs help especially Terry, Lorna and Ian, our family was able to plan our dads funeral without pressure and feel completely supported and guided through the funeral itself. We really cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Havant Co op Funeral care.

However your standard notes ‘Looking after (deceased’s) estate needs updating 
E.g. as far as I can tell IHT205 is no longer needed and IHT217 is for deaths before 31-12-2021

It’s been a lovely experience dealing with Terry, David and Nick from the Havant branch. They’ve all been so kind, compassionate and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. 
Nick and his staff were lovely at the funeral and looked so smart. 
Erika the celebrant was also lovely and a joy to meet. She was so friendly  towards everyone on the day and gave a really lovely service. 
I’d totally recommend the Co op in Havant. Thank you. Sally would have been proud 😊

Terry was very kind and accommodating from the very first meeting through to our request to honour some Chinese traditions of making offerings and incense burning both at the funeral home and at The Oaks. She even came in during her holiday to accommodate this which really meant a lot to us. A big thank you.
