The ladies at Ruby Funerals are fantastic. Kind & thoughtful. My Mum had actually done her pre-paid funeral with the Gosport branch, but the lady who dealt with her had transferred to Lee-on- Solent branch & asked if I would mind if she took my Mum there, I'm so glad she did. Thank-you for everything Mo. Many thanks to Michelle too for all her services. As is the way of the world, everyone needs a funeral director at some point, I would definitely recommend their services to anybody. I was put in touch with the celebrant by Mo, & have to say they have chosen another great lady, so I feel I need to mention her too, thank-you Lisa Lane.

Well what can I say other than FANTASTIC. I met Kate, Michelle and Marilyn and instantly felt at ease with them. They listened to what we wanted for Mum and fulfilled our every wish. The communication was unparalelled, and if we had any questions or queries they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. All 3 of these ladies showed immense empathy, kindness and understanding at such a difficult time.
For me tbey started off as strangers and I ended up feeling as if I had gained friends.
5 stars are just not enough!!!

My dad has said ' thank you for the sincere way you handled my wife's funeral. I have attended many over tbe years and this was by far the best. Thank you for showing so much compassion' .

Ruby's were fantastic from beginning to end, nothing was ever to much trouble and they helped and supported us through a very difficult time. They definitely provide a personal service, even after the funeral. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

All the ladies at Ruby's were simply amazing.
No task was to much for them and they made everything seem effortless.  We cannot thank them enough for helping us pull off the most amazing send off for a very special person to us.

Myself and my family are so grateful to all of the staff at Ruby Funerals for helping us to organise my Nan's day to give her the send off she deserved. They very helpfully listened to our wishes and guided us every step of the way; from organising flowers, a minister and a church. We felt comforted that my Nan was well looked after in their very capable hands and they were very accommodating when we had last minute requests. On the day, the funeral director was fantastic with my mum who was incredibly upset; the drivers were kind and comforting and the bearers were respectful and courteous. We were particularly impressed when the cortège went past the shop that another of the funeral directors stood outside and bowed her head as we went past. All in all Ruby Funerals and all staff associated with them were fantastic, thank you.

I would highly recommend Ruby Funerals in Gosport. Very professional, kind and supportive team.  Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them, and were available to answer any questions when needed

Lovely people to deal with. And could not ask for anything more. They were always on the end of the phone if I needed to call and even come back after working hours to talk to the family about what we wanted for the funeral.I will always recommend these ladies to anyone. Choosing who to trust with the care of a departed loved one is one of the most difficult decisions I have had to make especially when it is the first time of being given the responsibility. Ruby Funerals were there to help me every step of the way. They were patient, sincere, and offered support and advice when I felt 'lost'. I truly felt they were there for me. What makes them different? They added that feminine touch and showed genuine compassion. On the day they showed true professionalism whilst feeling I had a supportive friend to guide me and my family through the day. I cannot praise them enough.
