    As soon as we walked Angela treated us with compassion and under standing made the whole process of organising my wifes funeral much less painful than i expected why go anywhere else when you have had such fantastic treatment Angela was wonderful

    Following the passing of my mother Moore's have been absolutely wonderful.
    Their no fuss approach to all the arrangements which I thought would be a challenge gave such peace of mind.
    Angela who dealt us was a guiding light, very compassionate, extremely helpful and friendly.
    The event went very smoothly and was exactly as we had planned it.
    Another big thank you to all the Moore's team at the crematorium.

    My sisters and I have visited Moores in Southbourne twice in 16 months for both our parents. We arrived unsure what to expect and left feeling confident and comforted. The team are professional, caring and understanding and updated us with everything through such a difficult time.     Moore's were compassionate and respectful throughout the entire process of handling my mother's arrangements. Everyone was so kind - the gentlemen who came to collect my mother at home after her death, the funeral directors at the office, and the hearse driver and escort. 

    Another thing that stood out for me was the lack of pressure to upgrade the casket. My mother wanted something simple and natural, and that's what we were offered, nothing more.

    At such a difficult time as losing a loved one, having such deep respect and care taken by the funeral directors made the experience more bearable, and even beautiful.
