I work with Moores in a professional capacity, so I knew they would be the first people I would call when my lovely mum passed away.
From the moment I picked up the phone at 3am, my family and I were met with compassion, kindness and genuine care. Lee and Carlos came to collect Mum, and we immediately knew she was in safe hands.
Angela looked after Mum throughout her stay and went above and beyond for our family, even coming in on a Sunday so we could all spend time with Mum together. She guided us through every step of the planning process, contacted the vicar and crematorium, organised the order of service and slideshow, and made everything so much easier. All we had to do was share our wishes, and Angela took care of the rest.
When the day of the funeral arrived, Rowan took charge and ensured everything ran seamlessly. The service was everything we had hoped for and more. It was a beautiful celebration of Mum's life, and she would have loved it.
On behalf of myself and my family, thank you to Angela, Rowan, Lee, Carlos and the entire team for everything you have done for us. Saying goodbye is never easy, but you helped us give our mum and wife the most beautiful send-off we could have imagined. We will always be grateful for your kindness, professionalism and unwavering support

The procession to the church, then onto the crematorium, went like clockwork with funeral organiser Natalie adding a touch of class that my wife would have appreciated.

Angela was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. It was a relief knowing that mum was being well looked after in her final resting place. We held a small intimate gathering in the room at the back of the funeral services office to say our final farewells to mum. Angela had prepared the room and placed some chairs so we could sit and talk to her. I would highly recommend using Moores to anyone who requires their services. Thank you.

I and my family were very satisfied with the service provided by Moores. They were able to guide us through the funeral arrangements and everything was coordinated so the whole process from start to finish was handled without fault. Moores made arrangements with all the different people involved. The pricing was clear from the outset and they were able to deal with payments to others such as the church, organist, florist etc. They were sympathetic throughout.
