    Thank you so much for your very kind , capable thoughtful and considerate organising of the funeral of my son Craig given the stressful circumstances of his dying it was a great relief to be able to  share the burden by your competent organising ,  your staff are special, Thank you 
    An observation but not a criticism the location is not conducive for co-ordinating arrangements in a reassuring manner
     also  the appearance of the shop and the area behind are seemingly uneasy , inadequate and not reassuring

    We found them to be friendly, polite, professional and courteous. They tailored the service to what we wanted and our budget. We never felt pressured to spend more. They never rushed us, even though it was passed closing time. They couldn't do enough. We found that alot of funeral directors weren't transparent but there were no hidden costs with Moores. Traditional funeral directors and not part of a group. They were excellent very happy. Thank you.

    I and my family were very impressed by Moore's Traditional Funeral Directors from the moment we spoke tentatively with the funeral arranger, Angela to arrange an appointment.  The information she and her colleague provided in advance of that meeting was most helpful in guiding us towards a most wonderful funeral for my wife.  I was touched by the consideration and care shown towards us all -  but me in particular - before, during and after the event.
