From start to finish I knew I had made the right decision with choosing the Coop Funeral service . I was guided through every step of the way, all my wishes were 
listened to, any queries were dealt with as soon as possible, and I felt my goodbye 
to my husband was all that I could have wished.  Many thanks to all the staff,
particularly Anna and Neil for their unfailing patience and  kindness.

From start to finish the care provided for our late Dad was excellent. All the staff were caring, compassionate, helpful, friendly and professional. The whole process was made as easy as possible and much appreciated at a time of distress. Every step was explained fully. We were all treated with respect and would recommend these Funeral Directors.

Everything was very kindly understood by Anna, there was no pressure about choosing the type of funeral we wanted. On the day the funeral director rang and went through the whole funeral , He even arranged for my husband to be carried into the church and the crematorium which gave the funeral the dignity we wanted,Thank you all at the Coop for making the funeral a joyful farewell to a much loved husband and father

Everything was done sympathetically and staff  were very good keeping us informed from start to finish. 
The whole process was nice and simple and the funeral director and his staff were prompt and timescales were precise. 
From initial contact with Anna at the funeral home and through to Jo the celebrant and all behind the scenes, I think it was carried out exceptionally well.
