Must be difficult to be objective at a time like that. I think that more could be done to prepare for the final costs : it's not a time to negotiate nor are you aware that costs have moved on from the last time you needed the services of funeral directors. Can't fault the attention we were given.

Very helpful, straigtforward, approach with no nonsense.

Careful attention to detail ensuring that all of the different aspects were suitably covered, offering helpful advice where required to ensure that the ceremony reflected the character of the deceased.

The funeral was arranged smoothly and then carried out professionally with due deference to to both the deceased and the attendees.

What a lovely funeral parlour. The empathic atmosphere, as one walked through the door, was tangible. There was a quiet but energetic ambiance throughout. I just knew I had been brought to the place I would have wished for. The funeral was beautiful, the entire service was carried out by precision plus subtlety.
