I find this quite difficult because a review requested in this way runs the danger of being formulaic.
After my husband's funeral I wanted to write not because I had been asked to do so but because I was quite overwhelmed by the professional care, the warmth and the ability to empathise that emanated from Joanna Jones and Lois Ashworth.
They listened, they made suggestions and helped me in every way to achieve a very particular funeral service. I cannot praise them highly enough. How glad I was to have chosen the Coop funeral care.
These two ladies made an extremely difficult situation bearable and yes, at times, enjoyable. I shall never forget their kindness and warmth. Thank you both so much.

What can you say this company deal with the death of loved ones every. They do so with a kind and gentle yet profesional way. They are welcoming and go beyond the pail to accomadate what the family want. Their help and advice just that they gave everything to make what is a sad time in a time if sadness bearable.
I have recommended them to our local Deaf centre as the death of a love one who may be themseves Deaf /deafened and have family who are deaf need the understanding tha was shown to Beverlea's family and l. They were fantastic

Absolutely fantastic these people took so much care of my husband I felt so happy with the arrangements and the staff were all so caring and thoughtful nothing was to much trouble if I needed any advice the staff were always there and made me feel comfortable they were all beautiful caring people I’d like to thank them for everything.

I found the service provided by Rochdale (Manchester Road) Funeralcare outstanding. The organisation was thorough and responsive with support provided to help me make decisions at a very difficult time. I cannot recommend Lois the funeral arranger and Joanna the funeral director highly enough.  It was a most memorable day with Joanna ensuring that everything went smoothly. Thank you so much.

We cannot thank the staff at Co-op Funeralcare Rochdale enough for the warmth, empathy and dignity shown following the passing of our father. All requests were met without any hesitation and they made an emotional time much easier to deal with as they listened and acted with great sincerity. The funeral service itself was flawless and a family member actually said it was "the best funeral ever". We cannot thank the staff enough for their fantastic support and service, we will be forever thankful.

Fabulous support in difficult times. I've never had to arrange a funeral before, but I was guided through it all at a steady pace to suit me and with total respect for my amazing Auntie. Totally recommend.
