At a difficult time one could not ask for better care than I received from all the staff at Bridgewater Funeral Services. Everything was explained clearly and sensitively and all requests dealt with promptly. On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly. I felt supported at all times and confident that everything would be handled appropriately.

We experienced exceptional care from Emma, Abbie, Michael and staff at Bridgewater Funeral Service. Their experience and professionalism helped make a daunting occasion so much easier. We were guided through the process and everything was smoothly organised by them so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. The chapel of rest was dignified and our loved one was treated with care and respect. The day of the funeral ran like clockwork making the day a calming and pleasant occasion. From the very beginning, Michael and Abbie were so comforting in our sorrow and so helpful with what we had to do. 
Throughout our painful journey they were always there, with help and advice, nothing was too much trouble.
On the funeral day they were excellent and very professional in every detail. 
I can’t thank them enough for the way, the family and friends who attended were helped. And their help in finding Lisa Bankes to read the service for us was excellent.

Bridgewater Funeral Home from the first telephone call has been exemplary. Emma helped us through the whole process and has been so understanding, thoughtful and caring. She was always available and a comfort when at our lowest. The funeral was conducted with such dignity by every single person involved in conveying Mum to the crematorium. Bridgewater Funeral Service provided an incredibly kind, professional and compassionate service during a very difficult time for our family. Abbie, in particular, was exceptional - she was so gentle, patient and caring with my mum, and it made a huge difference to her during such an emotional period.

All the staff were lovely including, Michael, the drivers and the coffin bearers, who were respectful, friendly and supportive throughout. They also gave myself and my brother’s friends the chance to carry his coffin too, carefully showing us what to do. We always felt in good hands. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal; everything was handled with dignity and genuine care.

We are very grateful to the whole team at Bridgewater Funeral Service for making such a hard experience feel a little easier. We would highly recommend them.

From the very first phone call with Emma, the Bridgewater team have been above exceptional with there level of support, ideas and professionalism.
They guided us through the heart wrenching process of arranging the funeral and helping facilitate some unusual requests, ie live streaming the service.
They prepared my Wife so beautifully, and everything arranged with such dignity.

Abbie and Michael at BFS provided the most exceptional service in relation to my Mum's Funeral. They managed to balance professionalism and efficiency with compassion and empathy. Our experience was smooth, caring and painless! The cost of the funeral was less than we expected. You perhaps shouldn't talk about value for money - but in this case - we will.
