From the moment I first contacted Co-op funeral care Newport Road Cardiff "Summers" I was treated with such sensitivity, respect, and professionalism I felt reassured and knew I was my wife was in safe caring hands.The back of house team were amazing, actually brought a tear to my eye, and funeral director Charlotte's soft calming influence was so welcome at a difficult and emotional time.
her professionalism ensured everything was in place and went smoothly on the day of the funeral, and her frequent updates and reassuring "just checking you're okay" phone calls were both timely and comforting. Great communication, excellent service and team working, professional, caring, sensitive, and effective. Stress free for me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. "Simply beautiful" was how family and friends described the funeral.

We were treated very well by Neil Bowen and the team at Summers. Everything was handled very professionally but also with just the right personal touch. The service by Karen Jones touched all who attended and overall the team made a very difficult and upsetting situation as bearable and comfortable as could be. Could not give them a higher recommendation.
