Excellent from the first meeting. Very personal service and helpful , friendly staff. Nothing was too much and the funeral service was exactly what we wanted for my father. 
A very difficult and  sad time was made easier with the service we received.

I cannot begin to express my thanks enough to lyndsay, Nicola and their team, I couldn't have asked for better support for myself and my family. Nothing was a problem, colours, horses, times, transport, they gave me all of their time and more. My son had the the most beautiful perfect goodbye, and it was thanks to these guys xx

There are not enough words that I can use to thank Lyndsay and his team enough for what they have done for me and my mum and Nan since she passed. They have most definitely gone above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for Nans last special day and to ensure that mum and I were looked after every step. Thank you so, so much from the bottom of our hearts. They did Nan and us proud. Nothing was ever too much for them. They kept us informed every step of the way. They treated Nan with the upmost respect, which I have not seen in many other funeral directors. Truly professional to the end. Although they were extremely busy, nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to accommodate and made us feel special. A truly lovely team. Lyndsay is the most delightful gentleman and Ben their new member of staff is such a delightful young man. Both so gentle and kind.
Losing a dear loved one is the hardest thing ever and to have to arrange their funeral on top is the most stressful thing, but I strongly recommend that people choose Lyndsay and his team to arrange everything as they are truly professional and a family and they make you part of their family too, which is extremely comforting. As I say I cannot praise them or thank them enough, but their kindness and professionalism has held no bounds. I am truly touched by what they have done over the last three weeks. God bless and thank you again so much to you all.

The team were wonderful, very caring and treated us with respect.  They listened to what we wanted or offered suggestions if we needed help.  They kept us informed at all times with the arrangements.

They were all respectful of our deceased relative and showed they cared.

They went out of their way to make sure we had the correct music we had chosen at the crematorium.

The one thing which stands out for our family, is at the crematorium, we liked the way Lydsay got out of the car half way down the driveway, bowed to the coffin and walked infront of the hearse and escorted her in.  These extra touches made such a difference.

We as a family, can't thank The Vale Funeral Services enough. Lyndsay treated us like family, made us feel like we were the only family that mattered and at a very upsetting time it was what we felt was needed; a personal touch. 
He treated our dear Bamps with the dignity & time he deserved. He was a very fine gentleman our bamps & you treated him just so, I know he would have been exceptionally proud of the service that was held for him. 

No amount of thanks will ever be enough for the wonderful care we have received, you made the hardest time easier for this family and we will be forever grateful to you and your staff.
