From start to finish, Lauren from Adams funeral care guided and advised us, being responsive to every query we had. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and every person we had contact with was both professional and caring. We felt that our dad was in safe and dignified hands at all times, and we found the whole team to be sincere and empathetic at all times. From the time my dad was picked up from his home to the time of burial he was treated with such high respect. Lauren was amazing with the family & without her support we couldn't have done it. My husband passed away at Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli ,I was saddened at the lenghth of time it took for him to arrive at Barry. I would have liked to have spent more time with him before cremation. The situation was aggravated by the Jubulee bank holidays though fortunately I was able to visit the Thursday and day of his funeral. Personally phone calls would have made making arrangements easier than by email. I am IT knowledgable but not so in grief.

Very pleased with the service which was given by Adams. Lauren was lovely, very supportive and helpful. The lady who conducted the funeral service Julia was superb , a beautiful reading which suited my dad perfectly.

Sadly this is the third funeral using AG Adams in Barry over the last fifteen years. They were professional, empathetic and genuinely caring in the way they help us through the process and in their support on the day of the cremation. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From start to finish we cannot fault the way that Lauren at A.G. Adams Funeralcare handled the arrangements for our dad's funeral. Everything was taken care of professionally, we received excellent advice and suggestions and everything was dealt with in an extremely sympathetic and caring manner.

If it is as important to you as it was to us to give your loved one the funeral they deserve then I couldn't recommend Adams and Lauren in particular enough. We will always be very grateful.
